Otome Road, Ikebukuro, Japan (How to go)

Otome Road (Maiden Road) is the nickname of the small areas next to the Sunshine60 of ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan.

Unlike Akihabara, which is the place for guys who so-called "OTAKU" (Anime/Comics Mania), Otome Road are for girls who fond of Yaoi or Boy's love Comics and Animation. Recently, not only for girls who fond of BL comics but also for guys who fond of YURI or Girl's love also.

Today I will explain how to go to the Otome Road via pictures below.

First, using the Yamanote Line to go to Ikebukuro If you get lost, ask the station staff "Ikebukuro he ikitai desuka..."

When you reach Ikebukuro please go to the East Exit

Then follow the sign wrote Sunshine

When you come out to the ground level, you will see Big Camera (the electronic shop)

Turn left cross the small cross road and you will find the long straight road

Walk along that road and Cross the road again (there will be a highway bridge on top of your head), or another way is to follow the sign to the sunshine building, then you will find this tall Animate Building, It's mean you're here!!!
